Traffic Diversions Announced in R.S. Puram for Coimbatore Blast Memorial Day
Traffic diversions will be in effect in R.S. Puram, Coimbatore from 6 AM to 10 PM on February 14 in connection with the Coimbatore blast memorial day, city police announced.

Traffic diversions have been announced in the R.S. Puram area of Coimbatore on Saturday (February 14) in connection with the Coimbatore blast memorial day.
According to a statement issued by the City Police, traffic diversions will be in force from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM on February 14 in the R.S. Puram area.
Vehicular movement has been restricted on Venkatasamy Road and Ponnurangam Road. All vehicles traveling from the Flower Market and Mettupalayam Road towards Lali Road via R.S. Puram must proceed through Chinthamani Junction and Periyasamy Road.
Vehicles coming from Brooke Bond Road through Chinthamani Roundana towards Lali Road via D.B. Road and R.S. Puram must take Periyasamy Road.
Vehicles traveling from Chinthamani towards Gandhi Park must proceed via Periyasamy Road and reach Thadagam Road. Vehicles coming from Gandhi Park Roundana towards D.B. Road and R.S. Puram must use Mekrickar Road, pass through the Flower Market, and proceed via Mettupalayam Road.
All vehicles from Lali Road Roundana towards R.S. Puram must travel via West Sambandam Road, D.B. Road, and East Sambandam Road to reach Mettupalayam Road.
Parking has been prohibited on R.S. Puram, D.B. Road, T.V. Swamy Road, and East and West Cowley Brown Roads.
Heavy vehicles have been restricted from entering R.S. Puram, Cowley Brown Road, and Marudamalai Road, the police added.
