The tournament is being held in Kakamigahara, where both Indian teams have delivered impressive performances throughout the group stage.
The Indian women's team dominated Group A and advanced to the semi-finals after registering convincing victories over Singapore, Malaysia, and South Korea. Their most remarkable performance came in a stunning 25-0 win against Singapore.
Forward Naushin has been the standout performer for India, scoring 10 goals in the tournament and emerging as the leading goal-scorer so far. India will now face China Women's Under-18 Hockey Team, which finished second in Group B, in the semi-final clash.
Meanwhile, the Indian men's team finished second in Group A with three wins and one defeat. The team has shown strong attacking form, led by captain Ketan Kushwaha, who has scored seven goals in the competition.
India's men's side will now face arch-rivals Pakistan Men's Under-18 Hockey Team in a highly anticipated semi-final encounter. Pakistan topped Group B and enters the match with an unbeaten record, setting up an exciting contest between the two traditional hockey powerhouses.
