Asian Games 2026: India’s Medal Tally Reaches 14 with 1 Gold, 6 Silver and 7 Bronze
India’s medal tally at the Aichi-Nagoya Asian Games 2026 has reached 14 medals as of September 24, including one gold, six silver and seven bronze medals.

India’s medal-winning campaign at the Aichi-Nagoya Asian Games 2026 has gathered momentum, with the country’s overall medal tally reaching 14 medals as of September 24.
India has so far secured one gold, six silver and seven bronze medals across various sporting disciplines, with athletes and teams continuing to compete for more medals as the Games progress.
Two More Silver Medals
Mirabai Chanu added a silver medal to India’s tally in the women’s 49kg weightlifting event. The experienced Indian weightlifter produced a strong performance to finish on the podium.
In wushu, Naorem Roshibina Devi secured another silver medal for India in the women’s Sanda 60kg category, further strengthening the country’s medal tally.
Five More Bronze Medals
India also added five bronze medals across different events.
In shooting, Raiza Dhillon, Maheshwari Chauhan and Parinaaz Dhaliwal won bronze in the women’s skeet team event.
The Indian men’s skeet team of Anantjeet Singh Naruka, Mairaj Ahmad Khan and Bhavtegh Singh Gill also secured a bronze medal, adding another shooting medal to India’s tally.
Jay Meena claimed bronze in men’s singles soft tennis, contributing another medal for the Indian contingent.
The Indian men’s badminton team also secured a bronze medal in the team event after a competitive campaign.
In rowing, Satnam Singh and Salman Khan won bronze in the men’s double sculls event, adding to India’s growing medal count.
