Andhra Pradesh Plans Government Buses to Pick Up Passengers From Their Doorsteps
Andhra Pradesh plans to introduce a doorstep bus pickup service in Vijayawada, allowing government buses to collect passengers when more than 10 people book from the same area.

The Andhra Pradesh government is planning to introduce a new doorstep bus pickup service to make public transport more convenient for passengers. Under the proposed initiative, if more than 10 people book from the same locality, a government bus will travel to the area and pick up the passengers directly from their doorstep or a designated nearby pickup point.
The service is planned to be introduced initially on a trial basis within the Vijayawada city limits. The initiative aims to improve accessibility to government bus services and provide greater convenience for passengers travelling in groups from the same locality.
