KV Academy Conducts CPBFI Program to Enhance Student Employability in Banking and Finance

KV Academy of Excellence, in association with KV Institute of Management and Information Studies, successfully organized the Certificate Programme in Banking, Finance and Insurance (CPBFI) for the academic year 2025–2026.

The program was conducted in collaboration with Bajaj Finserv under its BEYOND Employability Initiative. The course was held from March 10 to April 2, 2026, and was designed as a 100-hour industry-oriented training program.

The CPBFI program aimed to bridge the gap between academic learning and industry requirements by equipping students with practical knowledge, professional skills, and exposure to the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector.

The training included interactive sessions, role plays, and practical exercises to help students understand real-world applications in financial services and workplace communication.

Key Learning Modules:

• Attitude Development (SwaRoop): Focused on self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and decision-making skills.
• Communication & Workplace Skills: Covered verbal and non-verbal communication, teamwork, and interview preparation.
• Retail Banking: Introduced banking operations, products, and digital banking trends.
• Insurance: Explained insurance concepts, products, and customer service practices.

Students actively participated and gained valuable insights into banking and insurance operations, customer service, and corporate work culture. The program also improved their communication skills and interview readiness.

Overall, the CPBFI program played a significant role in enhancing students’ confidence, industry knowledge, and employability, preparing them for placement opportunities in the BFSI sector.
