Ajith Kumar Racing Team Secures 2nd Place in 24-Hour Spa Race in Belgium

Ajith Kumar and his Ajith Kumar Racing team delivered an impressive performance by securing second place in the prestigious 24-hour endurance race held at Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps, one of the most challenging racing circuits in the world.

The team participated in the GT3 Pro-Am category in collaboration with Red Ant Racing, with Ajith Kumar driving the advanced Mercedes-AMG GT3. Competing against strong international teams, they showcased exceptional skill, endurance, and teamwork to secure the second position.

Following the achievement, Ajith Kumar celebrated the moment by carrying the Indian national flag and sharing the victory with his team members. The team described the achievement as a moment of pride for the entire nation, highlighting dedication, perseverance, and passion as key factors behind their success.

The Pro-Am category features teams comprising two professional drivers and two amateur drivers, requiring coordinated effort to complete the demanding race distance. The Spa-Francorchamps circuit, located in a mountainous region of Belgium, is known for its challenging elevation changes and unpredictable weather conditions, including sudden rain and sunshine, which require drivers to adapt quickly and maintain high levels of concentration.

Despite these challenges, Ajith Kumar Racing delivered a remarkable performance, making this one of their most significant achievements in international motorsport. The team is now preparing to participate in the upcoming 12-hour Paul Ricard race in France scheduled for June.
