US Forces to Remain Deployed Until Iran Deal Fully Implemented, Says Donald Trump

Donald Trump has stated that US military forces will not be withdrawn until all agreements reached with Iran are fully implemented.

This announcement comes after a temporary two-week ceasefire was declared following over 40 days of conflict between the United States, Israel, and Iran. The ceasefire was reportedly facilitated through mediation by Pakistan.

As part of the agreement, Iran has agreed to reopen the strategically important Strait of Hormuz for cargo ships. Additionally, peace talks between the two nations are scheduled to begin in Islamabad.

In a social media post, Trump emphasized that US military presence in and around Iran will continue with full strength, including ships, aircraft, and armed forces equipped with advanced weaponry.

He warned that although the chances of violating the agreement are low, any breach would result in a strong and unprecedented military response. Trump also reiterated that Iran must not possess nuclear weapons and must ensure the continued opening of the Strait of Hormuz.

He added that US forces are currently maintaining readiness while awaiting a successful outcome from the agreement, signaling a cautious but firm stance amid ongoing geopolitical tensions.
