The KV Institute of Management and Information Studies successfully organized a National Conference on “Exploring Strategic Shift in Modern Business in the Age of AI” on April 29, 2026, at its campus in Coimbatore.
The conference was conducted under the patronage of Dr. C. Kumar, Managing Director of KVIM, with Dr. M. Vidhya, Principal, serving as the Conference Convenor, and Dr. A. Sulthan, Director Academics, as the Conference Secretary. The event was coordinated by Dr. D. Mahalakshmi.

Conference Overview
The primary objective of the conference was to create a dynamic platform for students, academicians, research scholars, and industry professionals to explore how artificial intelligence is transforming modern business strategies. Two outstanding papers received the Best Paper Award, along with a cash prize of ₹5,000:
- “Impact of Macroeconomic Determinants on Indian Stock Indices…” by Magesh Kanna S
- “An Empirical Analysis of Return and Volatility of Selected Indian Banking Stocks…” by Nithishkumar V
These papers were recognized for their strong analytical approach and relevance to modern financial and AI-driven decision-making.
