After winning the toss, CSK captain Ruturaj Gaikwad opted to bowl first, inviting Lucknow Super Giants to bat.

Batting first, Lucknow Super Giants posted a massive total of 203 for 8 in their allotted 20 overs, thanks to a sensational innings from opener Josh Inglis.

The Australian batter dominated the CSK bowling attack with an explosive knock of 85 runs off just 33 balls, smashing 10 boundaries and 6 sixes in a breathtaking display of power hitting.

Shahbaz Ahmed provided strong support in the middle order and remained unbeaten on 43 runs from 25 balls, including 3 fours and 3 sixes.

Akshat Raghuvanshi scored 18 runs, Himmat Singh added 17, captain Rishabh Pant managed 15, while Mitchell Marsh contributed 10 runs before getting dismissed.
