The official release announcement of actor Vijay’s upcoming film “Jana Nayagan” has reportedly been delayed, creating curiosity among fans and the Tamil film industry.
Earlier, there were expectations that the release date announcement would be made after Vijay officially became the Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu in the film’s storyline. Reports suggest that the film’s producer, Venkat Narayana, personally met Vijay to discuss the movie’s release plans.
However, the film has not yet received its certification clearance from the censor board, which is believed to be the primary reason behind the delay in the official announcement.
According to reports, the makers are waiting for the censor certificate before revealing the final release date. Due to the delay, industry insiders now believe that “Jana Nayagan” is more likely to hit theatres in June.
There is also speculation that the filmmakers are planning to release the movie ahead of Vijay’s birthday on June 22, making it a special occasion for fans.
